I’ve been using this saffron for about 2 weeks now so I thought I’d share my thoughts so far. I think it’s great value first of all I haven’t seen any other saffron supplements with 120 capsules for this price so that’s cool. And the quality is great it is clean, without fillers and binders and just pure saffron. In terms of benefits, it is too soon to tell but the first thing I noticed was my hunger went down. It definitely helps with appetite control. I also feel less stressed since I started taking it so I think there is a link between stress and emotional eating so I can see how that makes sense.
