I’ve been using this sleep aid for couple of days and I really like it. It helps me relax and wind down before bed without making me feel groggy the next morning. I noticed my sleep feels deeper and more consistent, and I wake up feeling more refreshed. The blend of ingredients seems well thought out, and the capsules are easy to take. Definitely a good option if you’re looking for something to support better sleep and relaxation.

This is a good supplement. It does seem to help, but it takes some time and it is not a monumental shift to calm – but subtle, which is fine. Good list of ingredients. Made in the USA so that is also good.Capsules are average size with no difficulties to swallow.Overall this is a good product, but I don’t understand why it is so expensive. There are a lot of similar supplements out there for less cost, so I don’t understand why this one is so high. If there is a reason, it would be good for the manufacturer to disclose this information.The only reason for the three stars is the silly cost. Currently it is listed for 69.99 (so 70.00) for a one month supply. Yowza….it’s good but not that special.

I generally take my stress supplements in the morning, to help set me up for a calmer workday. The one I’ve been utilizing includes 250mg of Ashwagandha, while Noot’s Stress Less” contains 500mg, which helped to feel a bit too relaxed, so perhaps this dosage is best for me to take in the evening (Ashwaganda can have different outcomes for different people, with others experiencing sleeplessness, so you might wish to experiment with the time of day that administration works best for you).Aside from the above, this supplement is high-grade; it offers a number of ingredients known to assist in relaxation (and even a couple I wasn’t aware of, such as Saffron and Bacopa). Organic, Vegan, Cruelty-free, Made in the USA and Non-GMO are qualities that I both appreciate and favor when on a quest for an ideal product, so two thumbs up, here!Considering I have had significant experience in testing and implementing stress aids as part of my daily health regimen, I an unsure as to why Noot’s offering is priced significantly higher than others I have used (those ranging around $33.00-$40.00 for a similiar 30 day supply). Perhaps it has to do with a particular ingredient within their offering…I just don’t know.With the exception of an above-average retail, this is clean, effective and it works.
