It’s not expensive but it says it has what you need.
Not the best obviously but seems to help me feel more energy and strength. The top of the line stuff is so expensive so I use a slightly lower quality product but it is something I’ve been doing constantly for a few years so it’s a marathon situation, not a sprint. Try it and see how it works for you. Give it a few weeks but if you’re in bad shape with lots of fatigue you might really feel it big time right away.

One month in
It’s been a full month of taking this consistently. I noticed in the last week that my skin is renewing itself exponentially faster than a month ago. I also take collagen regularly. Combined I feel that my skin has improved greatly despite the stress I’ve been under. I do feel that I’m starting to fight the post menopausal weight gain ever so slightly.
