Surprisingly good.
I finally bought this hearing enough about how people liked NAD. I really wasn’t expecting a whole lot. I have been really surprised how well my almost 48 yr old self has responded to this. Within a couple days, I have noticed better sleep and better ability to focus. I believe I am in day 4-5 now, and libido increase is noticeable and way more energy. Still amazing sleep and focus throughout the day. It does feel like a younger version of myself.The price for this is also excellent when comparing with others. 2 capsules = 1000mg. That is what I am taking.Reading about liposomal, besides getting the nutrients to your bloodstream and cells INTACT, they also provide a more steady release, keeping levels high throughout the day.

Cutting pill open
I started taking this NAD pill but was not getting any effects. I then noticed in my stool this pill was not disintegrating at all because it is to thick. And realized this is why I’m not noticing any change in energy. It was not getting into my system. So I took scissors and carefully cut the tip off the pill and squeezed the liquid that was in the pill into a spoon. I would then put the empty pill into the spoon with the liquid and take it with a chase of water. Omg this changed my life. The energy came pouring on. It has changed my life. I sleep better, I wake up rested and energy throughout the day. Unbelievable!!! I only have to take 1 pill a day. I do wear a NAD patch on my arm also every other day. The pill is way too thick to dissolve into your system and that forces you to take 2 pills a day. Not necessary if you do as I do. I give this four stars because the pill is to thick to be effective but opening the pill up I would give five stars.

Good product and a great price
I have been taking this NAD supplement for almost 3 months. The 1st month I didn’t take it regularly but noticed a boost of energy after taking. The 2nd month on I started taking regularly. I feel better overall especially in the mornings. I would recommend not only does it work but for the price point why not give it a go.

Been a Week. Nothing is Different. Disappointed.
From reading the reviews I had super high expectations for this supplement. I am now 5 days in and I feel no different throughout the day, I don’t feel like I have more energy, and with that said it’s not keeping me up at night or giving me any weird side effects either so I guess that’s a plus. However, it’s not working for me. While I read a lot of reviews that justified the number of stars that I decided to leave on this review, I leave my bias opinions out of my reviews purposely because not everything works for everybody. But when I read reviews from older people in their 70s saying that they had less brain fog and had more energy and then also people of my age and their 40s feeling a lot better, I figured something would change. Again, I’m glad that it works for those that have left five stars and great reviews, but I have to wonder how much of that is psychological and how much of that is actually the product. As I decided to look up and understand more of what our body produces and how this helps that, like much of the supplements that we ingest, if you’re not missing the chemical makeup in your body to need this, it’s not going to do anything for you. Needless to say I obviously don’t have a problem nor do I need the supplement. My hunt for more energy and to not have ADHD paralysis continues. It’s really too bad as I had high hopes but by day five you know whether something’s going to work or not.
