DIM does work
I have this on auto ship! It is so great for perimenopausal symptoms, after 2 weeks of taking it consistently my hot flashes have majorly subsided. My energy level returned and I just feel like me again. I heard about DIM from my fitness coach and decided to give it a try. The price of for this is great. I am very happy with the effectiveness and quality of this product. If you are at your wits end like I was give this a try it does work. It does take a few weeks but works.. and that’s why I have it on auto ship.

These capsules are contained within a plastic bottle that is easy to open with my weak, painful hands. The protective seal beneath the cap was thankfully also easy for me to remove, but it didn’t come off as cleanly as I would have preferred. The bottle is too large, in my opinion, for the quantity of capsules inside, as they only filled up half of the available space upon this product’s arrival. To me, that seems like a bit of a waste, including of my cabinet space. Examining the bottle’s labeling, I see boasts that this product is gluten-free, non-GMO, soy-free, GMP compliant, and lab tested. It specifically states that the following are not present: sugar, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners. The labeling indicates that this was made in the USA from global ingredients. This product is distributed by a company with a New York state address. Comparing the Supplement Facts and Other Ingredients to those shown in the product images, I see that they match exactly. The capsules themselves are medium-to-small in size, and they have a very faint aroma that smells slightly tart. At a directed serving size of 1 capsule per day, this bottle of 60 capsules is meant to last for 2 months.
