Best melatonin option
I’ve tried a bunch of different brands and doses of melatonin, ranging from 0.5mg to 20mg (yes, 20!), and in my experience 3mg is the perfect dose. You can take just one, or double or even triple up for especially rough nights, and not feel wiped out in the morning. Works very well and helps me sleep. Thorne is a quality brand that uses quality ingredients, and the price on these is good too. It’s the only melatonin I will take, highly recommended.

Perfect Dose & Quality Controls
As women approach menopause melatonin production decreases. It may play a part in the insomnia complaints from women in menopause. A quality melatonin supplement may be beneficial for some women to improve their sleep. Sleep experts have communicated that the max dose of melatonin users should take is 3mg.I opted for Thorne because the supplement dose came in the desired level and they subject their products to 3rd party testing that assures you are getting what you are buying.The product has been great. I have experienced the best sleep I have had in years. I have worked hard over the past 5 years to improve my sleep quality and this seems to have been the last piece needed to drive consistent quality sleep. I have been using Throne’s melatonin as needed, and it has truly aided in my sleep routine. I’ve always struggled with falling asleep, often tossing and turning for hours.
