Great product!
What I thought was allergic reaction with my skin itching all over, turns out that it may be pre menopause. Before finally ordering Stonehenge Health I tried changing soap, lotion, laundry detergent, and deodorant. These things did help a little but after weeks, I was still having some itchy skin. I finally did a little more research on menopause and I read that may be a symptom. After I started taking the Stonehenge Health, I no longer have that problem. I will definitely continue to use this product.

Strongly recommend for sleep and fatigue
I began using this product three evenings ago. I took the suggestion of taking the supplement in the evening. Although a short period of time, this product has helped my sleep, fatigue at wake up time and during the day, and joint pain tremendously. I look forward to continuing this supplement and providing further review at a later date.*UPDATE-I have really enjoyed this product for the main purpose that it has improved my sleep. I was taking the full dose at night, but would end up with a head ache in the morning. Then I switch to taking half in the morning and half at night. I still would wake up with a head ache, but not as strong as before. Now I take the full dose in the morning and still get great sleep.

What You Don’t Realize
I didn’t have a lot of hope after trying other supplements to combat perimenopausal bloat and weight gain to no effect. I noticed some of the reviews for this product stated it improved their mood with someone saying they felt they got their old self back. I was already taking ashwagandha for stress with work so didn’t think too much of it.I’ve been on this product now for 30 days. Within the first two weeks my mood improved dramatically. I didn’t realize just how out of sorts I had been. I DO feel like I got my old self back. I haven’t lost any weight but I haven’t gained any more and I still struggle with bloating around my ankles, waist and face periodically. But for the sheer change in my attitude I am extremely grateful for this product and will be taking it as long as it continues to perform.

Detrimental to my Mental Health
Unfortunately these not only did absolutely nothing for me, they were actually detrimental.Part way through the second month I felt something almost physically “click off” inside of me and I became emotionally dead. I felt nothing towards my husband and even my kids. It says it has mood stabilizers and I believe it because it tanked my mood and kept it low for weeks in a row. I couldn’t even bring a smile to my face most days and the thought of my husband even looking at me made me cringe, much less anything more. My kids, who I normally love being with, irritated me constantly. It was awful.When I finally realized it might be this supplement causing it I immediately stopped taking them and within 3 days I could feel myself starting to come out of the non-emotions muck. After a week I felt like myself again.These pills did absolutely nothing for me in any other way either.

Effective Product but may not be for everyone.
I did like this product, I did feel overall ease of symptoms and slept deeper. Although, I noticed the chromium dose amount was higher than most recommended levels, I still wanted to give it a try. I started developing headaches on a consistent basis and nausea was beginning to become more frequent so I’ve decided to discontinue this product and find something with lower chromium or none at all. If they made one without the chromium, I would definitely consider it again. Because everyone is different, I highly recommend checking with your doctor first before taking any supplement.

I’ve been taking this for the recommended 3 months…the only benefit I received is feeling calmer…my hot flashes went from hot to warm, saw no loss in my meno belly. My energy level stayed the same. Everyone is different and will experience a different effect. Gonna try a different product.

MUST buy!
I am now on my second month! My energy level is higher and my night sweats are down to maybe one or 2 a week. The energy level is really worth every bit of it. I did order these to begin with because my PA recommended 4 of the vitamins/supplements in this supplement. I have also lost 4 pounds.

Headache side effects
After a month there is no change in hot flashes and I wake up with terrible headaches from this product. My energy has improved but the headaches are not worth this. I will not purchase again.
