Do I need to refrigerate my DS-01?
No! DS-01 is stable at room temperature for 18 months post-manufacture. In fact, probiotics that can’t survive at room temperature may have weak stability, low organism count, or subpar formulas.
What happens if I miss a dose of DS-01 Daily Synbiotic? Or a few doses?
Missing a day or two won’t hurt, but daily intake is advised for optimal results. If it’s been more than one week since your last DS-01 dose, we recommend beginning again with one capsule.

Great Effective Product- but too much packaging
Love these so much. They really do help with digestion and bloating.My only complaint is too much expensive packaging. I mean it’s lovely and quality & possibly helps deter knockoffs but I know I (& the environment) would prefer less fancy packaging and a lower price.I really want to continue taking these and a lower price would insure that possibility.Because they are that good. Right now the price is pretty high for my budget.Easy to swallow capsules.I highly recommend trying them. Especially if you have bloating.

This stuff really helps for gut help & gas problems!I take 2 pills on an empty stomach 1st thing before coffee in the morning! It takes about 30 days to really feel the effects. Bt, it’s a great product! It’s pricey! Bt, worth it!

Really helps with leaky gut
A few of the health gurus I watch on YouTube talked about the Seed brand and they got me interested. I must say, I’ve been using this brand for about 6 months and I can definitely feel a difference in my overall gut health. They are very easy to take. My stomach use to be a mess. The littlest things would upset it and I would be downing Tums like candy. I finally got sick of doing that because I learned I was only making things worse by making my gut alkaline. So it was time for me to look into probiotics and I started hearing about Seed. It’s a bit on the expensive side but most really good probiotics are expensive. And these are really good. You get a month supply but once your gut start healing the next time you buy it, you can just take one a day you can turn it into a two month supply. Those random stomach grumbling has stopped. No more stomach aches after normal small meals. And no more random diarrhea even though I’m eating clean. I think I was suffering from leaky gut and I truly think these things are healing my gut and I’m so happy. I’m so glad I’m a nerd who watches so much information on YouTube because I’m very thankful for finding out about this brand.

Works but too expensive!
These have started working after about 20 days and I was very constipated. Now I am getting regular. But I do feel the price is way too high hence the 4 stars. I’m afraid I might have to stop taking them because I spend a lot on my autoship. My husband thinks a 30 day supply shouldn’t be over 20.00 a month.

Severe headache, fatigue and black circle around eyes. I’m not myself since I have started. I only take these with Vitamin D and B Complex. So I will stop taking them and observe the symptoms, if they disappear I will adjust the review accordingly.
