Great product, but missing scooper
I’ve yard Perelel’s Sleep Support for a few weeks now and the product itself is great! I mix it in with peppermint tea per Perelel’s recommendation, and it is delicious! I felt like it mixed well and it helps me feel tired enough to fall asleep fairly quickly and stay asleep. My only frustration is that my container did not come with a scooper as pictured. When I reached out to Perelel about it, they told me to use a teaspoon instead, which honestly isn’t a great alternative as there isn’t a great way to get consistently get the serving size with a teaspoon u less I weighed it. Still giving the product 5 stars as the product itself has been great.

Seriously one of the best tasting teas ever. It’s so good! I get restless legs at night and when I don’t have time to soak in an Epsom salt bath, this tea does the trick.

Great sleep supplement!
This is a nice product !! It definitely helps me sleep better (fall asleep easier, stay asleep better, sleep well). I like the flavor. It’s not strong but definitely not offensive. I do sort of wish it was a gummy and not a drink but also sort of like that it’s a drink. It’s convenient and the little scoop works well!

Works amazing for pregnant woman but it is gritty
I have been struggling to sleep since about 6 weeks of pregnancy. I talked to the doctor, and she recommended Unisom which worked for about a week. I have been drinking this for about a month now and it still works! It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I do wake up to go to the restroom, but I can fall right back asleep. It takes 30-45 minutes before I’m feeling tired, and I do not wake up feeling groggy. The only thing I do not like about it is that it does not fully dissolve. I have noticed if you use hotter water and stir often, I can get over the grittiness. I couldn’t take away a star for the grittiness because when you go from not sleeping for weeks to sleeping, I am a lot nicer human being.

Good, but doesn’t dissolve.
Taste is fine, sleep didn’t feel much better nor worse. My tracker said my sleep was slightly lower quality than usual (but could’ve been any factor) – my biggest negative is that it doesn’t mix in?? I’d have to stir every time I wanted a sip because it would just settle fully undissolved at the bottom. It was mixed in warm to hot water with tea per their recommendation.

Seems to Help
I have tried magnesium gummies but I am not a fan of them before bed. I don’t like the gummy texture or all the sugar in them. This sleep support powder is super easy to use and something about a warm drink before bed I think helps me even more. I have been having such trouble falling asleep and maybe it is just in my head but I do feel like this is helping me calm down and relax for bedtime. I don’t mind the taste and feel like it dissolves just fine.
