I heard about these gummies from a TikTok influencer and she said they worked for her. I tried them and they gave me energy with the first dose. I’ve noticed my hot flashes are greatly reduced to one or two a day !

Theee have help alot as I start my perimenapause journey right as I turned 40.I had horrible sleep, feeling very anxious for no reason, stomach problems, no sex drive, memory problem. I tried this for a couple weeks and the sleep change quickly in that time. Now 6m later all the other things have become very mild and when not on my period aren’t a problem most days. Very thankful to have found this and buy it monthly now. Not as important but a plus, they taste great and dont have any weird side effects.

BP went to low
My hot flashes reduced significantly! But, unfortunately the herbal ingredients made my blood pressure go really low and I was exhausted. My Dr had me stop taking the gummies and my energy and BP have returned to normal. I’m so bummed because they did help with the hot flashes and calmed me. Everyone is different. Good ingredients!
