I have been taking this for three years. My hot flashes have gone from 1000 to about 2. I was having hot flashes all day long, so night long. It was unbearable. Tried this on a whim and gave it a month to work. So glad I did. Helped with all menopause and hormonal issues I’ve had. This is a miracle drug for me.

Great alternative to BioTE
Firstly, these were cheaper for 2 bottles than 1 bottle of the BioTE brand. I needed something to “help” after BioTE. I don’t notice much effectiveness until I stop taking them – if that makes sense. I only got them for the side effects of testosterone conversion to estrogen. Plus, it supposedly helps the testosterone as well. It wasn’t what I needed it for, but you should read pubmed research before taking random supplements – or have a **good doctor explain it. Too many pill pushers that don’t even know what they’re selling you. Just Google PubMed if you’re in the US – should be the first link (dot gov website). Very informative for many different things – not limited to supplements by any means.
