Tasty Melatonin that actually works
This is the only melatonin I buy. It dissolves quickly and generally works with only 1 pill. They taste great. My daughter takes them and complains about vivid dreams, which makes me laugh because that means she is finally sleeping after using Nature’s Bounty Melatonin. 3mg is perfect, since the brain doesn’t need much more. Every once in a while I have to take a second pill if my sleep schedule is overly messed up, but these work. They are the best quality I have ever found over the counter. And I sleep well. No side effects. I awake feeling rested. And did I mention they taste good?

I love these quick-dissolve tablets. The cherry flavor is actually very pleasant and not chalky at all. They melt under the tongue in seconds, and I find myself falling asleep much faster than with regular pills. It’s a very gentle way to improve sleep quality without feeling groggy the next morning. These are good. I put under my tongue and have no taste. I don’t have any side effects, It is very effective, I sleep very well. There is no texture , it is a tiny little pill, easy to take and melts under your tongue.

Great if you can’t sleep without a supplement, wouldn’t use it otherwise!
Tastes great and dissolves easily in my mouth and will put me to sleep very quickly! Only downside is that I often times have very vivid dreams after taking this melatonin. Overall, I recommend if you need to sleep and can’t, but I won’t use this unless I have to.
