I didn’t know much about magnesium salt until doing my research. You can only take a couple baths each week because it replenishes the magnesium in your body through the skin. I actually look forward my flake baths. They are nice and when i get out you can just tell body wose that you feel better. I like that they come in 2 packages so you assure freshness. They disolve fast. I dont think I have a dislike on this product.

I ordered this to make my own magnesium spray. I assumed I was really deficient and expected to feel that sting when applied that would make it feel like it was working. I used it for a little while but not sure if it really helped, didn’t really sting. I’d spray on my stomach. Sprayed the bottom of my feet before bed, I’d rub my feet together. I ended up with the bottoms of my feet peeling for like 2 months. Tried using it under my arms. Just can’t tell if it’s working so i don’t know what to think. No intentions of buying more. I still have some left. No major issues, no major complaint.
