These are my favorite. I’ve tried a lot of melatonin supplements, and these Natrol strawberry gummies are one of the better ones. They work – I take one about 30 minutes before bed and it helps me sleep without feeling groggy the next day. The flavor is honestly the best part. Better than candy. No artificial taste at all and a really smooth texture. Overall, a solid option if you want something that works and is easy to take regularly.

This is my favorite brand of melatonin. The only downside is that they taste great. It makes you want to eat the like candy, but that would NOT be a good idea. I definitely don’t recommend that, but I do recommend the product.
