Good supplement to take when I can take my collagen peptide powder
I’ve been taking collagen peptide powder daily for a number of years, and so I am sold on the health benefits of it. In fact, it has worked wonders for my skin, keeping it nice and smooth, and so far, elastic and wrinkle free. I can’t say it has done anything for my thinning hair.The problem with collagen peptide in powder form is that it doesn’t work when I travel. Imagine what the TSA security people will think when they see little plastic bags with small amounts of yellowish powder. So when I travel, I generally don’t take any collagen peptide with me.This softgel is perfect for that type of scenario. I can just put these in a little bottle and take it with me in my toiletry bag when I travel. This ensures that I have my daily collagen intake.Unlike the peptide powder I take, this one is made of 4 different types of peptides (types I, II, III, and IV). My powder is only bovine. One thing I like about this collagen peptide softgel is that it also contains more than just peptides. It contains glucosamine, which is another supplement I sometimes take, which is good for joint health, as well as antioxidant and probiotic supplement blends.I generally take about 20g of peptide powder daily, and the only reason I do that is I just fill out the scoop (which is 20g). So this equates to 2 softgels. So if you do 2 softgels, this bottle will last you 30 days. But that said, the recommended daily intake of collagen peptide ranges from10 g to 20 g. So if you do 10g, this bottle will last 60 days.All that said, if cost is a concern, collagen peptide powder is your best bet. But if you are unable to take the powder consistently, I would buy this to go along with the powder for those occasions when you can’t take the powder. For example, when you travel or when you are just running out the door and don’t have time to mix the powder in a drink.Overall, this is a good supplement for your daily needs.

I ordered these pills/capsules for travelling, so I do not have to go without my collagen, because I sure as heck was going try and pack the powdered collagen. I have noticed significant improvements in my nails and a reduction in hair shedding since I started consuming collagen daily. I do not want to lose momentum, just because of traveling.These capsules come in a bottle with two different safety seals. If your bottle does not have both, I would recommend examining it closely.These pills have no taste nor an after taste. Due to them being a softgel, they are easy to swallow.A “serving” is one pill so this bottle gives you 60 servings.For a two month supply, I would say the price makes this a pretty reasonable price.I would recommend and will repurchase when I run out.

Love this supplement!! It’s a 60 day supply!! The packaging does say to take about 30 mins prior to a meal so it can help you with digestion. I love that it has a great blend of 5 different types of collagen. Helping you with stronger hair, skin & nails. It also has a joint support blend that, helping ease inflammation & lubricant joints. An antioxidant blend to help with boosting your immune system. A digestive blend & pre & probiotics as well, such a great blend of supplements to help with inflammation, joint care. I love that it’s only 1 oval shaped capsule that you have to take & I found that it was easy to swallow. As for taste, I didn’t taste anything.Overall I think it’s a great supplement that can possibly replaced several other supplements & at a great price. As with all supplements check with yourself to make sure it doesn’t interfere with any medicine you are taking l.
