Lightweight, Comfortable!
I absolutely love this smart ring! I’ve been using it for a few days now, and it’s honestly so comfortable you barely feel it at all. It’s super lightweight and perfect for everyday wear. The design is sleek, and charging is very easy and convenient. One of my favorite features is how it helps me track my sleep, so I can see how well I slept. It feels high-quality and very practical for daily use. Definitely a great purchase!

My data should be mine to access freely.Details: I’ve been using this smart ring, and it has exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely happy with it. The main feature I wanted was reliable sleep tracking, and it performs exceptionally well. The ring is small and comfortable, so I don’t feel any discomfort at night, and it never disturbs my sleep.It not only tracks sleep but also monitors heart rate, sports activity, HRV, blood oxygen, and stress levels. You can set exactly when you want it to record data each day. Connectivity is excellent—it pairs with my phone instantly and syncs my data within seconds. Battery life could be improved
I really wanted to love this ring, but the battery life is a big downside for me. It only holds a charge for about two days and doesn’t notify you when the battery is low, which is frustrating because it’ll just die unexpectedly in the middle of the night, making sleep data inaccurate. Another thing is, I wish it would log stress levels and heart rate automatically but you have to go into the app and physically push a button and keep your finger still for about 30 seconds while it measures.That said, I do like the app. It tracks my cycle, sleep, and steps, which are the main things I wanted to monitor, and that’s why I felt I didn’t need to invest in something more expensive like the Oura Ring. It also has different sleep music sounds which I will probably continue to use even if I return the ring.Another downside is the charging wire — it’s a bit annoying to use, and I was really hoping it would come with some kind of magnetic charging case instead. Overall, the features are good, but the battery and charging setup hold it back.

Will not last long
I loved this ring.. until it randomly stopped working. I’m really disappointed because it had very accurate tracking and was decent quality material. I received it not even a month ago and it already is useless. It randomly disconnected one day and now it won’t reconnect to my phone.

Fitness Ring
For the price this ring is great. I had wanted a way to count my steps that wasn’t a watch because I don’t like wearing watches but also didn’t want to spend much money on a fitness ring. I was influenced by someone on instagram after they recommended this ring and I have been using it for 3 weeks now. There are some things I have learned over the last couple of weeks that might help others. The first thing is always keep the app closed unless you’re using it. For some reason if you don’t shut the app down it has the hardest time synchronizing the data from the ring leading to many steps not being counted. The second thing and I saw other reviews mention this, is that the battery life in the app is wrong. When I first got the ring and would charge it, the red light would come on and then when it was done the green light would come on. Well now it just stays red seeming like it didn’t charge it but it does in fact charge it still. I have never left the ring on at right so I can’t review the sleep function. The step count seems very accurate if you keep the app closed like I mentioned earlier however it seems to not count any steps after 11pm cst. The heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen and stress also seem pretty accurate. The sizing also seemed accurate and the ring is very comfortable to wear despite being thicker. Since the battery doesn’t show the accurate percentage I just charge the ring every other night. Overall for the price it’s a pretty nice fitness ring and I would recommend it to someone wanting a cheaper alternative to a name brand fitness rings.
