Great Supplement
This is a supplement I love taking with my tea or soup or even in my protein shake. It easily dissolves in hot or cold liquid and has no taste. I have noticed if I get a bruise, it disappears in a day. I seem to heal faster. The cracking in my knees, has stopped when I wake up in the morning too!My movements are better and I feel good. Of course it helps if you eat and exercise thoughtfully.

Best Marine Collagen that I have used
I was told marine collagen was best for your hair. I have tried several different brands and also bovine collagen but so far this one has proved the best for me. No taste, no side effects, and dissolves easily and thoroughly.

Best I’ve Found
This collagen is the best I’ve found out of three tries. I put the recommended dose in my coffee in the morning. It does not smell, mixes well, and I cannot taste it. Initially I added collagen after noticing vertical lines on my fingernail beds. They are gone, my nails are strong, hair is shinier, and we’ll see if my DEXA Score improves.Highly recommend!

IT’S WORTH IT
I have been using this product for a total of 2.5 weeks and I already see a difference! My nails are stronger, the ridges are smoothing out and they look healthy instead of dry. My hair feels thicker and softer. My skin is softer, smoother and glows. I can see the wrinkles smoothing out on my chest from years of being a side sleeper. I have even had people comment on how much more radiant my skin looks and ask what I’ve changed.In addition, I’ve always had issues with my hips. Since starting this, the pain has greatly diminished and I feel like I’m 10 years younger. I am 45 years old and would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their appearance. I add it to my coffee every morning based off of the reviews from other people. It dissolves with a little bit of stirring and you can’t taste or tell that it’s even in there.The only side effects (I’m not sure if this is from the product or not) is I am full a lot faster, have a reduced appetite and sometimes get heartburn which is not something that I used to get. I’m going to keep with it and see if it’s just my body adjusting to it, though.

This stuff is amazing !! You will see a difference in your hair skin and nails in a couple weeks. I noticed my skin the first week was softer and more dewy. Love, love, love!! My hair has bumped up in the growth factor, I believe because of this! It does not have any taste and mixes so easy into my morning coffee. Comes with a scoop so you know how much to use. I personally see better results than with bovine collagen.
