Sensitive skin people try it!
I originally bought this several months ago but didn’t really start using it until about a month ago. And wow I love it. It smells kinda unsavory when you first put it on but that goes away quickly. My blackhead started popping right out and my skin is clear and bumps have disappeared and small skin discolorations have gone away. I have it on subscription now. It also moisturizes my skin so no drying or irritation. And my facial skin is super sensitive. Its my new holy grail!

Effective, but causes skin irritation far more than Adapalene
I’ve been using Adapalene gel (0.1%) for some time and have been very pleased with the results. This is a similar product, but provides a higher concentration of retinol (0.5%). For me it appears to be too concentrated, and has caused some skin redness and irritation. It’s not terrible, but it’s noticeable. In contrast, the Adapalene has not caused any irritation.The cream spreads easily, absorbs quickly, and has a generally OK scent. The scent dissipates quickly. As with Adapalene it is intended for night time use since the use of any retinol can cause sun sensitivity. It is quite pricey compared with Adapalene.While this is not something that works for me, I’ll still give it three stars since retinol treatments are effective for acne (provided they are used correctly) and others may not have the skin sensitivity that I had. But regardless of any potential side effects, the price is rather steep for such a small (20ml) tube.

I am in love. The best retinol cream I have ever used !!
I am in love with this cream. I have extra sensitive skin. I have tried differin and tretinoin that irritated my skin. This is the only retinol cream that I like. It’s great if you have adult acne and want to improve your skin texture and give it a healthy glow. I started with the milder 0.25% milder version and, after two months, switched to the more potent 0.5% version. For me, it’s the perfect night cream. Planning to use it forever. It’s not the cheapest retinol cream you can find but considering the derm quality and the niacinamide, it is worth every penny.

THIS REALLY WORKS!
I absolutely love my MDacne retinol cream! I bought the 0.5% concentration and I started using it slowly, only 2x per week, so my skin can adjust. So far, I can already see a difference!! My skin does not feel dry and my skin texture is looking more even and smooth. I feel like there is an overall glow to my face and I did have a small pimple that came up, but then went down very quickly. Overall, I am so excited to see how my skin continues to look in the next few months using this retinol!

Wrong dose sent
The ad states 0.5% but the actual item delivered was only 0.25% which you can find anywhere and does not work as well. The whole point I ordered this was for the higher dose. So I bought 2 of them and the second item I received was a trash picker upper piece of junk. What the heck?
