These Magnesium Glycinate gummies have been a great addition to my nightly routine. These work and taste good but stick together
I would get five stars for this because they seem to work pretty good and they’re stronger and a lot easier to take than the capsules. However, these arrived stuck together. They don’t seem to have a wax coating on the outside or any kind of powder to keep them from sticking together, like some other gummy supplements that I have. These gummies are stuck together in a large mass and each evening at dinner time I have to stick something down in the jar to dislodge one each for myself and my wife. All in all they do help you sleep but they need to find a way to keep these from sticking together to make them easier to remove from the jar.

These help calm restless leg and feet from neuropathy. The taste is sweet and fruity. I have no problems digesting them.

These gummies surprised me. First, after chewing one, I seriously wanted to eat several more because they tasted just like candy. Then, once the “relaxation” eventually set in, I had my best sleep in years. I’d previously been taking Natrol Melatonin, but it frequently left me groggy for several days. However, these sleep gummies lulled me into a comfortable sleep and I felt refreshed and satisfied the next morning. You don’t need to chew 2 or 4 like some other brands. One is enough and it really works!
