Unbeatable combo to soothe…
The form of magnesium in this (mag chloride) is superior to Epsom salt (mag sulfate), better water soluability, and absorption through the skin. Add in MSM, a form of sulphur (think sulphur rich hot springs), great for skin, joints, soft tissues of the body. This combo is unbeatable in a hot bath to soothe….well everything.Only company I’ve seen so far wise enough to combine the two. Order the biggest size because you and your family are gonna go through it fast!

I’ve been really impressed with these Magnesium Flakes. They dissolve quickly in warm bath water and make for a really relaxing soak. After using them, my muscles feel noticeably more relaxed and my whole body just feels less tense.I also like that they contain MSM along with magnesium, which seems to make the bath feel even more soothing—especially after a long day or when my muscles are sore. The flakes are clean and easy to scoop.The soak leaves my skin feeling soft without any fragrance or residue. Overall, this has become one of my favorite ways to unwind and relax at the end of the day. Highly recommend if you enjoy therapeutic baths!
