My Post-Workout Go-To
A hot soak with a generous amount of these flakes post-workout help me preempt the muscle aches and soreness I know are on the way. These are aloe-infused, but while there really is no detectable olfactory evidence of that, your skin will tell the story. I like to spritz my salted bath water with some high-end eucalyptus oil, to enhance the sense of healing. I highly recommend these for your bath!
