More luminous skin and a lightweight texture: a staple in my routine!
What I liked most:• Immediate radiance: From the very first applications, you notice that your skin looks less dull and takes on a healthy glow—especially in the mornings.• Non-greasy texture: Unlike other Vitamin C serums, this L’Oréal Revitalift formula absorbs super quickly and leaves no sticky residue, allowing you to apply sunscreen or makeup immediately afterward.• Pure concentration: I appreciate that it contains 12% pure Vitamin C; it feels effective yet remains gentle on the skin without causing irritation.Things to keep in mind:• The packaging: The bottle is opaque, which is excellent for shielding the product from light and preventing oxidation (Vitamin C is highly sensitive). Be sure to close the cap tightly after every use.• Scent: It has a very soft, fresh scent—nothing overpowering—that dissipates shortly after application.Final verdict:This is a fantastic drugstore option that rivals much more expensive brands. Luxurious!
I started using a vitamin C skin serum every morning after it was recommended by a dermatologist. Vitamin C can help with dark spots, and enhances sunscreen.This serum is a very good value for a luxurious experience. I look forward to applying this product to my chest, neck, and face every day. It is silky and smooth, not sticky, gives a light blurring effect to my skin, and smells heavenly – a mix of citrus and vanilla. It wears very well under my moisturizer, sunscreen, and makeup- no pilling or peeling. I do notice a decrease in the amount of pigmentation spots I have – I have a lot of sun damage and there is no product that can undo all of that – but the spots are lighter. The salicylic acid is mild and not irritating and I’m noticing a decrease in pore size over time (and the use of multiple products that work well together). I will be reordering this product.

One of my favorite Vitamin C serums
I apply a vitamin C serum every morning after washing my face, and This is one of my favorites. Although the scent is pretty strong and kind of atrocious (typical of L’Oreal skin and haircare products in my opiniom), thankfully I am not overly sensitive to frangrances and it hasn’t caused any negative skin issues that I can tell. Although I would 100% prefer an unscented version, I can give it a pass because I personally didn’t have a negative reaction to it, but YMMV.Anyway, the bottle is opaque, which should prevent the Vitamin C from going badThe serum itself is thick and feels great on my skin. And I love that in addition to Vit C it contains Salicylic Acid to keep my pores clear and banish blackheads.I have used vitamin C serums for years, but I do think I have seen a difference in my skin since starting with this one. Still, knocking off a star because it doesn’t need to smell like a grandmother doused in perfume, and I prefer pump style bottles to droppers. Even so, I am on my second bottle and am now trying the Hyalauranic Acid Eye Serum from the same line to see if that is as good as I’ve heard.

After washing my face, I apply a thin layer of this Revitalift 10% glycolic acid. Then, I apply Revitalift Serum before applying my eye and face creams.I just LOVE this product! I love how it glides on smoothly and is so easy to spread. A little goes a long way.L’Oreal makes the greatest products. Years ago, a kind lady at the Macy’s cosmetic counter, told me that Lancome makes L’Oreal products. I don’t know if that is true today, but I do know that I have used L’Oreal almost my entire adult life, and at 71 years old, I often receive complimentary comments on my skin!

Transforms to orange pigment like smudges on face
It leaves an orange “stain” on your skin like around your hairline and under your nose. I first thought it was pigmentation caused by the serum but I was able to wipe it off and it was orange. I was walking around like that all day.
