What are the advantages and disadvantages to chemical vs mineral sunscreens?
Mineral sunscreens work as soon as you apply onto skin, but because they sit directly on the skin may rub or sweat off more easily than chemical sunscreens that take at least 15min to properly absorb, meaning skin may not be immediately protected.

Amazing facial sunscreen
The tinted Anthelios is my go to sunscreen for summer. The problem with most facial sunscreens is that they feel like a heavy cream and they leave a ghastly whitish color. Anthelios is different. It is light, easy to apply, and dries quickly to a soft matte finish. There is no white cast, no discernible “sunscreen odor”. It softens facial imperfections without the weigh down of makeup. Anthelios doesn’t clog your pores or settle into lines. It just leaves a natural fresh look. My skin but bettter. I’ve purchased it multiple times and will continue to use Anthelios. Buy it – you won’t be disappointed by this one.

Sunscreen is lightweight and smooth. Also, does not leave my T-zone super oily like other sunscreens. Only issue is the shade is still not dark enough, so it takes a little time to fade into my skin.

I’m a repeat customer of this sunscreen. It feels like a moisturizer by the way it glides on leaving you with a silky finish & A tinted healthy glowing skin tone . I haven’t worn regular foundation since I started wearing this . I also love it has a 40 spf so I’m protected no matter what the weather every day all year long . It doesn’t settle into my lines & looks fresh. If I want to apply setting powder or anything over it’s compatible & doesn’t pill . Smell is awful
I like the product and have use the tinted one for years but noticed the last bottle I got from a different retailer in Feb had expired in 2024 which was shocking. Ordered the medium to try. I received it yesterday and just put it on to try it and the smell is awful. I have never noticed a smell with the tinted one but had read a review that it smelled also recently. I thought nah I’ve used it for years no problem. Disappointed to find out they were correct, it smells like poop on your face.

Actually mattifying without drying, and allows a little glow but no shine. Lovely tint (I have pale skin), stays on and stays feeling moisturised on my dry skin. No white cast, no pilling. Tiny bottle though, I hadn’t realised just how little you get, but the product itself is exactly what I wanted.

okay so it is a fine sunscreen. but the question is that does it worth that amount of money? the answer is NO. I won’t buy it again unless it comes down to £23 or around that. it does not do anything special, it did not have an anti aging effect on my skin. it only glides nicely on skin and is light . nothing else.

Bought this as my skin is sensitive and I also developed rosacea I did a lot of research and this is the best on the market I wanted the tinted one but beware it’s very difficult to get I could only get it on Amazon or from abroad but the cost of shipping was ridiculous this has everything most important it’s a mineral feels greasy but it isn’t it just sinks into your skin the tint is amazing an added bonus I think it comes in different shades I would never buy anything else again but this love it
