Very soothing and relaxing when I use it before bed
I have a red light therapy device for my shoulder and I think it has helped a lot with pain and inflammation, so I’ve been looking forward to this light arriving so I could see what it feels like to have it shining on my head, face, neck, and shoulders. One thing I was a little worried about was the heat output. My shoulder device gets very warm and while that’s great in the winter, it’s less comfortable in the hot summer months. However, this INTEO light only gets warm, not hot, and that only when I have it at the higher settings.The red glow is very soothing so I mostly use this at night before bed. I can easily adjust the height so that it’s close to the top of my head, whether I’m sitting on the couch or in my bed. Depending on how I angle it, I can have it on while I watch TV without seeing the red glow on the screen. I can also use it to read a book because at the higher settings it’s bright enough that I don’t need another light source.I particularly like how stable it is. The base is heavy and the light panel is quite lightweight. It’s easy to set up and take down, and the original box works well to carry it and store it in when I need to put it out of the way.So far I haven’t seen any major changes in hair growth (which is what I’m most hoping for) or my skin health, but it’s definitely not making me look or feel worse. I’m really enjoying the calming and relaxing effect that it has on me when I use it before sleeping, and for that alone I would recommend it.

Also, the different settings and intensity can be adjusted easily. I have been using it almost every day since I got it.
