Works for PMS migraines
Has worked for me with PMS symptoms, such as mood swings, migraines, and night sweats. Definitely noticed a difference the first time I took it. I start taking these usually around the time I notice PMS symptoms and it definitely helps to mitigate them. The main reason I started taking them was because I was getting migraines before my period. Definitely helped with the migraines. If anything sometimes I get a very very mild migraine, but nothing debilitating like before.

Lots of Good Stuff
I have PCOS and am at the end of my 40s. While I can’t speak about perimenopause just yet as I haven’t quite entered it, I have used various natural hormone remedies over the years to address the PCOS. Over the years, I’ve used many of the ingredients in Hormone Harmony individually, but in larger “doses”. For example, I still take chasteberry aka Vitex, but at 1000mg, Hormone Harmony only contains 50mg. Though I’m not big on the soy ingredient, it’s a nice mixture. I think $38.99 for a two month supply of this non gmo supplement is a good value if it works for you. I just don’t think it’s quite strong enough for *my* issues as I didn’t notice any difference, but the capsules were easy to swallow and it maybe benefit someone who doesn’t already take similar supplements.

These are a game changer
I have been suffering with insomnia and emotional rockiness for quite sometime now ever since my mom passed away. I can’t sleep more than 4 hours a night and cry from simple things. The first night I took these I slept for 8.5 hours! I couldn’t believe it! I felt refreshed. The dark circles under my eyes have started to diminish as well. My skin has even started to improve as well. I have also had less brain fog and much more clarity. Overall I will be buying this product again. It has helped me personally a lot.The only con is the pills are hard to swallow due to size and I had to burp right at the beginning as it made me have a little indigestion but I am very sensitive. But once I burped I do fine. Otherwise no taste.Good quality product that I will be buying again.

Thought the cohosh (which is much higher than in Estroven) would help night sweats. It doesn’t. And it’s NON RETURNABLE

Allergic Reaction
I wanted this to work so bad…but instead I took it for a month and ended up with itchy hives all over. It is the only thing new that I have introduced to my person. Felt like it worked great and helped to aliveate much of my perimenopause symptoms. But after taking it consistently for three weeks I am itching all over my back, stomach, neck, hips and around my upper arms. It does contain soy, so my first thought was a soy allergy, except I have eaten and taken other supplements with soy and haven’t had an issue. I also suspect that the Black Cohosh may have caused an allergic reaction. No other allergy symptoms except itching and hives that look like dry patches. Stopped taking it 4 days ago… symptoms see to come and go. Maybe something else is up and may go see a doc about it. But to be on the safe side, I have discontinued use.
