i am almost on my 3rd bottle and i can confidently say this stuff works. i randomly started getting severe hormonal/cystic acne about a year ago, i tried all kinds of harsh skin care treatments that didn’t work. but this is different. natural, easy, and effective.some things to note: 1. have patience: it takes time for this to buildup in your system (8-12 weeks) but just stay consistent and trust the process, it will transform your skin! 2: if i take this on an empty stomach it causes some nausea, so be sure to eat something before you take this3: the bottle says to take 1 a day, but if you look further on the listing, it says to take 1 in the morning and 1 at night. 2 a day is the regimen i’ve followed and it has worked wonderfully.4: pair this stuff with a good skin care routine: it will help get all the old gunk off your face to make room for the nice new skin to emerge and stay healthy.i’ve taken this for ~ 9weeks and i barely have any active acne now, still some scarring and a few breakouts every once in a while, but it is a million times better than my starting point.if you’re struggling with your skin definitely try some of this! well worth the price. good luck & love u:)

I’ve been taking this for a month and it made my acne so much worse! I’ve been struggling with acne but this is on a new level and it is painful. I think this has been the cause of my stomach being upset as well. I only had a few bad pimples before taking this, now both my cheeks are covered so beware.
