Impressive list of ingredients in very, very small amounts
At first glance I was impressed by this blend’s comprehensive approach; it seems to align with current gut-health research by offering an all-in-one solution. However, upon closer inspection, I think that the ’30-in-1′ formula may actually be a drawback. Fitting 30 different prebiotics, probiotics, enzymes, and herbs into just two capsules suggests that many ingredients are likely present in dosages too small to provide any real benefit.Here’s an example: The “Leaky Gut” Claims Ingredients like Tributyrin and L-Glutamine are well studied for supporting the gut lining. However, L-Glutamine is an amino acid that usually requires several grams (5 to 15 per day) to be effective for “repair.” Two of these capsules contain 200mg of a “leaky gut blend” of l-glutamine, aloe vera, tributyrin and slippery elm, which is far, far too little to be effective. It would take a whole handfull of these capsules every day to maybe get effective dosages of the 30 different supplements, and that would be very difficult to swallow!In my opinion this is not a bad product, it’s just not a good idea.

This is a decent supplement for your digestive health. It works quite well for my leaky gut issues within a few days later. The pills are easy to swallow and the price is also decent. Solid option to consider if you are looking for supplements for digestion. Solid 4 stars.

Easy to take, broad combination of ingredients.
Trawecual Gut Health Capsule with 80 Billion CFU Probiotics, Prebiotics, Digestive Enzymes, 30-in-1 Gut Health Supplement has a pretty broad combination of ingredients, all of which are known to be good for digestive health in various ways, but with that many things it can make it difficult to figure out what’s actually helping you or what’s causing you issues if you have a reaction to the supplement. That aside, this has worked okay for me. No digestive upset or other negative side effects. They’re standard sized capsules, so easy to take. The bottle came double sealed. They claim to be manufactured in a GMP-certified facility and third-party tested, but offer no proof of either. So, as with most supplements, your mileage may vary. It would be nice if they had the individaul probiotic amounts broken down to make the ingredients a little clearer. But all in all, it seems like a pretty decent digestive supplement.
