I experieinced no irritation, but maybe try on a small patch of skin first when starting.
I did not experience any skin irritation from this product. I use it either as a first layer (under a lotion or cream), or alone with my ultrasound facial gizmo.But “your mileage may vary”. In general, it’s always a good idea to test your own skin for sensitivity when starting any new skin product.

Enhances Your Regular Skincare Regimen
Size: 1 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)Admittedly, I found the recommended uses or directions to be somewhat confusing. That is, if you read them all, including those on the product page. Truth is, this is pretty versatile and can be used in a variety of ways. One of those ways is to use this as a booster, though I’ve not seen them use that word. Just add a few drops in with your skincare product of choice, from a toner to a moisture cream, and anything in between. Also, if you prefer, you can use this directly on the skin while derma-needling. They state to use afterwards, but I think it works much better directly on the skin just before to allow it to sink in further. Or, if you prefer, you could use this directly to your skin as your serum, though I think best to use with another serum and use this for spot work Whatever your needs are and what works best for you will do.It’s a clear serum that has just a little weight to it that you can feel coats the skin without being too heavy or bothersome. It will feel somewhat oily at first, but that soon enough will go away as it settles. Eventually, it will feel slightly dewy, but not a full out oily dew. It’s clean and easy to use. Moisturizes the skin and will make it more supple and elastic. Softens the skin and will smooth it out. Brightens the complexion and makes it look more radiant and youthful.Probably best for those with normal to dry skin. I really like this a lot on my mature combination skin. Does not cause me any sort of irritations, nor does it disrupt the more problematic side of my skin. Should be safe and good for many with sensitive skin, but do patch test first. Good for both men and women alike.

Excellent Dr. Pen serum
Epidermal Growth Factor is one of the popular ingredient in Korean beauty market, and I have been using it quite often especially when I do the Dr. Pen (derma stamping) home care. They can be brutal and EGF somehow speed up the healing process and noticeable improve skin texture. So let’s talk about this product.Ingredients:It’s practically solution and 10ppm of EGF. I mean 10ppm is very little but it seems like no company add more than this and I believe both cost and safety factor play in the concentration. It is a growth factor so somehow it maybe harmful if used in a extreme high concentration I believe (I am a research scientist but didn’t do any experiment with EGF so do your own research.) It used 1,2 hexanediol as preservative and there is nothing else other than water and solvents. It’s pretty clean and clean enough to be used as derma stamping as well.Texture:There is nothing much I can talk about texture. It has almost zero viscosity, so very light.Effectiveness:EGF works well, and I can definitely see it helps skin restoration. I could definitely feel difference with / without EGF serum when you do derma stamping.Tips:You can blend this with TECA serums for the derma stamping – You will feel a whole difference.

Nice serum to mix with other facial product
The serum came in a plastic bag which first made me think it was cheap, but after trying it a few times, I was pretty impressed with it. The consistency is water like which is very different from your typical serum. It is a bit difficult to apply directly to the skin since it feels almost like a toner and it runs down your face. However, if you try to mix it with other facial product like cream or moisturizer, it works great. So far on my sensitive skin there is no irritation. It feels refreshing and really works great with some of my night cream (now I can use them during the day as they are less thick after mixing with the serum). I assume the growth factor would initiate some collagen production but it is too early to tell as I just started using it. It has been working well with my skin… nothing magical yet but I’ll give an update if I see any improvement!
