Works great for night sweats and hot flashes!

Good value
I have been taking Black Cohosh for awhile. I was always waking up in the middle of the night with night sweats. The container is inconvenient to store and to use, but the product is amazing! The directions say to take two capsules once or twice daily. I take one in the morning and one before bed. No more night sweats at night or hot flashes during the day. I am able to sleep all night. I will be ordering more.

I have tried many Brands but this one seems to be Working and quickly within a month less sweating than before but not quite completely disappear and that’d just what i shooting for, face with years of experience heavy preparation after total hysterectomy some 30+ years ago and I’m so done with this heat it dosen’t help right ladiesthis Brand strengths and in quality is good

I just ordered these, but have been on then for a long time!! There isn’t a flavor to them so no comment on that. Otherwise they are a capsule but very easy to take. I love the size and amount in one jar. Haven’t been able to find this amount of capsules before, so I was very happy to find it now!
