I can see small improvement in skin and nails color
I’ve been using Dr. Berg Multi Collagen Peptides Powder for a while now, and it’s one of the few supplements I actually notice a difference with. It mixes easily, has almost no taste, and my skin and joints feel better since I started taking it regularly. I also like that it includes multiple types of collagen instead of just one.It’s a bit pricey, but for me the quality makes it worth it.

I’m officially on my third bag of Dr. Berg’s Multi Collagen, and it’s the only collagen powder I’ve stayed consistent with. I originally bought it from a TikTok commercial, and I’ve reordered ever since because the results are real. My nails grow faster and stronger, my skin looks smoother, and the biggest improvement has been my joints. My knees used to bother me constantly, and now the discomfort is dramatically reduced. It’s unflavored, mixes well, and includes multiple collagen types, which I appreciate. This is one of the few supplements I can genuinely say has made a noticeable difference.

Great product! But no third party testing.
Great product, seems to work well. I have noticed my fine lines getting softer. Hair is getting longer, faster. It has no flavor and mixes easily into my morning coffee. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the product is not third party tested. I really do wish it was. It would give me peace of mind.

Go get it , you won’t regret your choice
My nails, hair are growing like mushrooms. My knees don’t hurt anymore. Now I am doing yoga poses with ease. My skin is souple and shiny. Dr. Berg has better collagen bc I had tried different collagen and when I compared the amount of milligrams of different ingredients and essential amino acids, Dr. Berg is the best by far. I am so happy that I found this Dr. There are no side affect’s with or without food. No clumping with or without hot water or in smoothies. It keeps me full all day until I decide to eat. I usually drink it in my morning fruit smoothie. Just perfect .

Highly Recommend!
First time taking collagen and I’m so glad to have chosen this brand. My skin is looking better and “glowing” again and my nails are starting to grow and keep length which is something i have struggled with (also using oils on them but i contribute it to both). Even my boyfriend switched from another collagen brand he’s been using for a couple years to this one after trying mine! Easily adjusted to the taste after a couple uses, we just put them in our protein shaker bottles with room temperature water and it mixes well that way, eliminating any clumps. Highly recommend!
