Build up gradually for full effect
This is a great product that does what it says. In all honesty, I had a hard time with it at first as it was too much at once; it made me upchuck three different times – ugh. I ended up breaking down the dosage – 1 in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m., for 3 weeks. I then started taking two at a time both morning and evening after meals – no more acid reflux! It’s truly been helpful. I would suggest if you’re having a hard time with it, build it up gradually.

I like these help with digestion. They really help if I’ve had a big meal. I’ve even used them when my stomach is upset.Quality = GoodValue for the money = GoodHealth benefits = GoodEasy to swallow = Good. YES FINALLY I have found an enzyme product that I truly like and that does what it states!!! I also LOVE the smell of these enzymes when I put the open container up to my nostrils and inhale – SO GOOD!!!! All other brands of enzymes I have bought in the past – (even though expensive quality and known brands) – all either smelt odd, off-putting, or zero smell. Dr. Berg’s Advanced Enzymes truly do help to digest and seem to calm the whole digestive tract. Extremely economical, because there are a lot of capsules per container. I find that 1 x capsule per meal is enough for me, because I tend to be a smaller eater. However, when I eat larger meals – 2 x capsules I find perfect too. I highly recommend this product, if you are looking for a change from your usual, or you are still avidly searching for the right ones!!!

Eric Berg is very knowledgeable about health in a world that is basically upside down with true health. Heal your gut, and you will heal your body. Your gut is your second brain!I recommend watching Eric Berg’s videos and reading his research.We need to take the initiative ourselves in order to maintain good health. This product works and has good quality ingredients and no cutting corners to save money to supply a good product.If you are experiencing gut problems or you need to balance stomach acid and digestive issues, you will be satisfied, unless you have more serious issues. I believe most things are reversible. If you are experiencing acid reflux heartburn etc.. this should help significantly, unless you’re issues are more severe. I do believe that everyones system is different and what they can tolerate. Blocking stomach acid is not what you want to do. You need stomach acid for digestion, and when you take anything that blocks stomach acid over a period of time it can become very dangerous to your health.The problem with acid reflux and heartburn snd GERD is you do not have enough acid to digest your food. Be sure to drink water or eat any fruits at least 30 minutes before or after a meal. Water and some fruits alkalizes, and can cause the acid in your stomach not to do what in was designed to do, which is break your food down to digest.Always take supplements with food and not water so they can be absorbed with your food.Drinking water with a meal will possibly prevent the full absorption of the benefits of supplements.Drinking coffee or tea with a meal can block the absorption of iron in your body because coffee and tea contain tannins, which block the absorption of iron, so if you have an iron deficiency, wait 30 minutes before and after meal to have coffee or tea. I hope this will help others. Heal the gut you will heal the body. Never the less, I am sharing my own personal experience, and everyone should consult with a doctor.

Capsuls easy to take, good product
I’ve tried a few digestive supplements, but this one stands out. The blend of enzymes with apple cider vinegar, betaine HCl, ginger, and peppermint feels thoughtfully put together—not just a basic formula. I noticed less heaviness after meals and overall smoother digestion without that overly harsh feeling some products have. Capsules are easy to take, and the bottle lasts a good while. It’s one of those supplements that quietly does its job, and I’ve come to rely on it.

Improved motility
After a lot of research and Doctor appts. for my Elderly relative with gastroparesis and neurological issues I felt compelled to try the Adv Digestive enzymes. These have improved digestion and motility. I am so grateful to Dr. Berg for his research and videos that help understand how different dietary nutrition and supplements may help in improving our health.

Helpes for a few days then the opposite. Causes constant heartburn
Good things: 1. the formula has pretty clean ingredients – no fillers and additives unlike his other vitamins. 2. It seems like it has releaved symptoms of indigestion. But upon taking it for 10 or so days I noticed that I have this never ending heartburn which I never do, gladly I have a peppermint EO for that. After about abl few days and feeling like it helps I started feeling the opposite. I would get full, bloated. I tried to palt with the dosage too. But as I stopped taking it my heartburn went away instantly and those unpleasant symptoms are gone. I think maybe it did help with the stomach acid for a few (took for histamine intolerance) but I don’t think my body could take a full course. I am not allergic to any of the ingredients
