Life saver, I started using these a few years ago. Once I knew menopause symptoms was creeping up on me. I did some research and found out that dim supplements were great for the symptoms I was having. The one thing I noticed right off hand was my mood. It really helps me with being irritated. Second was breast soreness and I will take these until i never need them. I will say this wasnt something I needed to wait to see the improvements , this is something that worked right away. Forever a life saver for me

If you are struggling with hormonal imbalance but it’s not to the point that you need prescription drugs, this is for you! I’m half way throughy second bottle. My hot flashes and night sweats are more manageable. My energy levels are rebounding. But my favorite perk is that my “hell week” is back to 5 normal, predictable days instead of 10 awful, unpredictable days. It does cause your urine to have a slightly orange / pink tint, and I was thankful that my NP told me ahead of time. It kept me from thinking I had a UTI.

lo compre porque tras mirar muchos videos de tiktok y que los medicos no me den importancia, decidi comprarlo. Tengo predominancia estrogenica, que es eso? que mis estrogenos predominan, lo que hace que retenga liquidos y engorde y este llena de celulitis por retencion de liquido. Lo compre con miedo ya que muchos se quejan de que da dolor de cabeza. Hace una semana que lo tomo y jamas senti dolor de cabeza. Tomo mucha agua durante el dia para que la vitamina o medicina como le quieran llamar haga su efecto en el higado y se vaya por la orina lo que se tenga que ir. En esta semana adelgace 3 litros de agua, siento la ropa un porquito mas olgada. PERO quiero aclarar que no es para adelgazar, NO LO ES. Estoy con 44 anios, llevo una dieta casi sin azucar y sin harinas, o sea una dieta antinflamatoria, estoy haciendo ejercicio a diario y tomando mucho liquido porque la perimenopausia me esta liquidando! Entonces todo eso mas este medicamento o vitaminta me esta ayudando. No crean que es un adelgazante por que no lo es, no esta hecho para eso. Adelgazar no es perder agua, es quemar grasa. Este medicamento o vitamina es para que el organizo se deshaga de los estrogenos que quedan en el higado y hace que se retenga liquidos. Tambien debe ver los sintomas, no lo tome sin hacer antes una busqueda de informacion exausitva para ver para que es, como funciona, sobre las hormonas progesterona o estrogenos en el cuerpo. No se medique con hormonas si no lo sabe. Yo opte por no tomar hormonas y tomo muchos sumplementos naturales y el DIM es uno.

Arrived quickly. Easy to swallow. Although it’s a bit soon to know how well it is working, I have noticed a very small decrease in hot flashes. My moods seem a bit lighter and less irritable.
