Good tasting way to take vitamins and supplements
I’m going through the ‘change’ and am looking for more natural ways to help alleviate its effects. I tried this, and it’s helped a bit.Pros:-Great flavor–I take a dropperful plain directly in my mouth (nice berry flavor) and wash it down with some water. (Make sure to shake it before you use it)-Easy to take (easy to swallow and easy to fill the dropper)-Good amount–it lasted me a bit longer than 30 days (I probably didn’t get full dropperfuls).-Gave me a bit more energy than I’m used to (which I wanted–could be all the vitamins or balancing my hormones better?)-Nice that it’s in liquid form–I take enough capsules and pills, and having a good-tasting liquid is a nice change.Neutral:-I haven’t noticed a huge change in my skin or mood, but I got these more for other reasons (hot flashes, etc) and it has calmed them down a bit (for me), plus all the natural vitamins and additional ingredients are always a plus.Overall–good value for what you get, and I’d buy it again

DIM supplement suitable for men or women, despite the marketing/packaging
I’m at a point where using up Amazon gift cards on random supplements seems like a good idea to stop feeling like garbage, so this is next on my list.[WHY DO I WANT THIS INSIDE ME?]The ingredients in this liquid supplement could be good for men or women, even if the product is marketed towards women. There’s nothing in there that would harm either.If you’re a dude, you probably stumbled onto this looking for a Diindolylmethane (called DIM) supplement to get your “bad” estrogen down and give your testosterone a fighting chance. Having a puffy chest and midsection despite doing 200 pushups a day will make you run for anything that can help. 200-300mg seems to be the recommended dose, but as always, work with your doctor first to find out what’s actually wrong with you before you start pumping yourself full of stuff. Maybe you have a hormone imbalance that requires something else. Maybe your house is haunted and affecting your health. Whatever, figure it out, I’m not a real doctor, I just smell like one.In addition to the DIM, this supplement has several other potentially/supposedly useful molecules for men’s health, like Inositol, Biotin, Zinc, Magnesium, Sulforaphane Glucosinolate, etc. There’s even turmeric and black pepper extract for some anti-inflammatory goodness.[TASTE AND DOSE]This stuff feels weird in your mouth. It’s not as runny as water, it’s like a thin syrup that seems to mostly absorb into your tongue/mouth before it has a chance to be swallowed. It may sound dumb, but this ephemeral sensation makes it feel like it’s not going to do anything haha. I’m choosing to believe the liquid nature is absorbing into my body much better than if it was a pill that would get wasted in my gut.The initial taste is fine, but it leaves a potpourri aftertaste that amplifies if you burp, which is unpleasant but tolerable. Go ahead and wash it down with something.The daily dose is two full droppers. No need to measure, a full squeeze on the nipple consistently fills up the dropper to the correct dose each time.[DOES IT WORK?]I don’t know, it’s only been a few days, I’ll update this review/score in a month.

It works! Balances hormones
I’ve used it for 3 weeks now and I’ve really noticed a change! Less mood swings and regulates my period to be less painful. Pills feel like a hassle but this product made it effortless. A nice sweet berry taste.Highly recommend!!
