I have used this product for many years. My mother initially gave it to me roughly 7 years ago. She bought it from her dermatologist. However, I was unable to find after that until now. I can’t begin to tell you how much this has done for my skin. My texture, pores, sun damage, and overall appearance has improved. I usually mix it with a niacinamide serum.

We Compared to Avene retinAL 0.1. Used both products for over a month daily and found derm advance to reduce wrinkles and tighten noticeably better. the additional ingredients in Avene do not result in less wrinkles. The key seems to be the retinaldahyde concentration. Wish we could get .2% or .25 OTC.
