This is one of the best magnesiums
I’m really loving this magnesium. I can tell that this is a potent type of magnesium. Yes I like to say, I do taste the water to see if I can taste anything. Yes you can. I will soak myself down in the tub all the way up to my neck, and once I’m out, pain has subsided. It’s a good price and I really like this especially when I am out of supplements of magnesia

I’ve used many magnesium chloride flakes but this is by far my favorite. I use it every single day in my bath, as well as an homemade, elevated magnesium butter for muscle aches and pain. The twist cap makes storage so much easier as well. I use

Excellent dead sea salt, quite expensive though
I enjoy taking baths with this dead sea salt, but I think it’s really over priced. I have sleep issues and I have found that it tends to help me fall asleep a little easier but it doesn’t really improve my sleep duration much. It may be a problem particular to my sleep issues. Also noticed that my skin feel softer when I bathe with this dead sea salt. It does seem to be a bit better than using Epsom salt, but not by a lot. I think it’s really a strong five star product but it’s too expensive so I’m gonna leave it at 4:05

Dead Sea Magnesium Flakes
This stuff works! I use about 1-2 tablespoons in a spray bottle with distilled water and it immediately takes away the aches/pain. It only takes 1-2 squirts. The bottle has lasted a long time too. I’ve used it for my knees and muscle aches.

Great product to make your own magnesium oil spray.
I love this brand, I use this to make Magnesium oil to reduce my chronic cramping in my legs. I also sleep better They are so brutal I cry. I MIX IT with bottled water not from the faucet and almond oil…but use what you like. I made alot of it and gave it away to friends and family who report amazing results. I recommend to put in spray bottle and apply to bottom of feet or sore area with no open wounds. Make sure your skin is moisturized by a bath, shower or lotion/oil before bedtime.
