Reccomend Highly. Pros outweigh cons.
Okay. I just got this yesterday and took it for a test drive. I have chronic long bicep tendonitis combined with calcific tendonitis. The pain during a flare is nothing short of pure relentless and horric agony that lasts 3-5 days when it occurs. So I purchased this to promote healing, reduce inflammation and to have during flare to try and gain even temporary relief.Pros:Easy to put on and get firmly in place. You need to experiment with the straps to get the pressure and tension in the right places. For me, that’s mostly on the front of my shoulder so I had to slide it around a little bit and do some adjustments but was able to get good firm pressure. You can operate it manually with the controls right on the brace. However, they may be a little awkward to reach with your other arm depending on how you have it situated. There is an app and it comes with a QR code. You can scan to download the app to your phone to operate the brace. The brace has good coverage. Like I said you can slide it forward, slide it back, pull it up a little farther and adjust the velcro on the straps to get it where you need it. It’s a little clunky in terms of the brace itself. It’s not just a neprene sleeve with lights. It is thick in spots and has a natural contour shape built in that wraps up over shoulder.Lights/heat: this brace does not have any heating elements like a heating pad. So if you’re looking for Hell’s inferno hot, you may be disappointed. I was very leery because heat is very soothing and I wanted to be able to get comfort. What I found was that with the lights turned up on full intensity of 10, it emits a very warm soothing heat. For legal reasons. The app will warn you that turning it up to high intensity can cause burns. Follow the instructions to test for sensitivity etc. (update 3/15/26- on highest setting I did get red spots but not burn when doing a 20 minute cycle twice on highest setting)Cons:there are different levels of light therapy and they are outlined in the little booklet you get with the brace. However, the different levels are not clearly available to you in the app. So don’t lose the booklet. The app developers should really take the four different levels from a vertical row and put them horizontally so they can explain what each level is for healing versus information, healing with inflammation, etc.Bulky: I only mention this because for somebody thinking they’re going to put this against their bare skin and put a shirt over it. You’re going to need to size up on your clothing because it is bulky and wearing it over your clothing is less effective. This is not a “sport ” brace. It’s a treatment piece of equipment. This is not a problem for me but I felt it worth mentioning for others. You can see on photos the brace has substance. The middle section is a bit rigid and thicker.

Lifesaver!
The results from this product have been a lifesaver. I had a shoulder injury 3 years ago, but after “time to heal”, physical therapy, and a cortisone shot, I was fearful I would be living the rest of my life in some sort of pain. There were many things I avoided that would aggravate the injury. At little over a month after I started using this, I was almost pain free. When I would feel a little irritated after working out, a red light treatment from this took the pain away. It fits securely over the shoulder and very easy to use. I did have a problem with my unit, but the seller was amazing and immediately sent me a replacement. I can’t remember the last time I have been this happy with a product. Highly recommend.

Perfect for at home relief
Soothing and easy to use. It’s a bit large for small framed or petite (like me), but still works. The app makes it very easy to set up and allows for various levels of intensity. I use it for both shoulders, and it helps with pain.

comfortable.
well built and comfortable. I like putting this on as the red light therapy also creates some nice heat. I do 40 minutes with my morning coffee and it seems to helping my rotator cuff injury.

OMG it works!!!!!!
So two things made me buy this. First, a pop up ad that I always ignore describing a similar item that sounded promising. Second, the fact that my shoulder has been keeping me awake at night for six months. No idea why but it only bothers me at night. Maybe positional? Who knows? But I didn’t buy it from the pop up because I hate those and don’t fully trust them. I looked to Amazon because I like their return policies just in case! After looking at several different similar items I decided to try one. I thought all of them stated that they had the red light therapy, heat and vibration all of which sounded great. Too bad I didn’t carefully read the description of this one. When it arrived and I unpacked it to try it immediately I discovered to my dismay that it did NOT have vibration. I tried it anyway. I have been using in every day at night and in the morning. Amazingly, after just one night I noticed improvement and a cessation of shoulder pain. I am convinced that it is working. I do use it more than the once a day 15 minutes they suggest. I use it for 30 minutes right before bed and again when I wake up. I am very happy with the results and this purchase although if I had it to do over I would have preferred the vibration as well. I can recommend it.

Good but not Great
Operationally works great. The app is helpful and hooked right up without issue. Doesn’t get overly warm even on max setting. Could use a bit more heat. It’s the damn Velcro that I find annoying. There are 2 big pieces of Velcro, one for the arm wrap and one for the chest wrap. They cross paths and sometime stick together when trying to buckle in, and it is quite strong Velcro. So you have to fight with it to pull it apart. Also there is a very uncomfortably scratchy piece where the extension overlaps that irritates my chest or back. I use it shirtless for max effectiveness. Anyway, can we move on from Velcro? There must be another innovative way to design how to secure it in place that does not include Velcro. If you can’t come up with one ask AI to design one without Velcro. I realize I’m being whiny but those are my inputs.

User friendly, warm & comfortable
This shoulder therapy device is very easy to use on either shoulder due to the removable velcro straps! And as an added bonus the buttons are on top of the device (I returned one buttons were on bottom and straps attached so it made it hard to put on- not very user friendly)There is a very easy to use APP! Another bonus is dual light therapy, the NIR light goes deeper. I’ve used it for four days, 20 min on each shoulder & I havent had to charge- it seems to be helping & I enjoy the warmth the lights emit.
