VERY GOOD Quality Gummies
I like these gummies. I assume they are working. I like the taste, not vitamin tastes. They taste like gummies, fruit flavor is more potent. The price is decent. I take 3 a day, so this is average. They smell DELICIOUS! The texture is MUCH LIKE A gummy candy. The ingredients are spot on with the added collagen—hoping to see improvements to my hair, skin and nails. They are thick and chewy…I have to be mindful to chew good and thru to the end.

I read reviews that said they are hard but they must have just gotten a bad batch. Mine were soft and juicy like a candy gummy. If they sold them as candy I’d eat them all. As for effectiveness, I’ve only been taking them for a few days so I’ll update if there is anything to report. So far I think I’ll continue them.Update- my nails are growing like crazy! And they look and feel thicker. I have very thin nails so I didn’t expect results so fast but here we are! Love them!

Nutra Harmony Biotin Collagen Gummies Good
I did not find this Biotin Collagen gummies to be too chewy. Texture and taste make this a winner in my book. I have had issue with some other supplements but these are outstanding in my individual experience. Non GMO and gluten free. Effective combination of nutrients and vitamins. Sugar free! Has helped my hair growth, nails, and to some extent stent skin. Really good raspberry flavor with ease in chewing . List of nutrients/vitamins are more comprehensive than others I have tried in past. It takes different amounts of time to see results depending on how and why you take this supplement but I can say I am happy with the taste, consistency and results. I had been losing a lot of hair in past and nails were fragile and difficult to grow. I started taking supplements to help correct and find this brand to be most effective. Two daily doses and tastes like a treat so look forward to taking. Recommend. Fair price for best results so far.
