Seems to be working in the hot flash department which is great but for some reason I am cold now, moods seem to be better, but still tired. Have no issues with digestion currently but I am still new to it.

I haven’t seen much difference just yet. I’ve been taking it for a less than 2 weeks. I do think it’s slowly helping with the swelling in my face.
