Too wide for a shower, but should be good for designed purpose.
I tried purchasing this to put in my walk-in shower for a bath and it was too wide. However, when set up somewhere with space it works well. It doesn’t hold a temperature very well, but it is water tight.You need to know that you will want to drain the bath using the larger drains until it gets to about 6 inches of water and then either try the bottom plug or just tip it over. The bottom plug does not stay open well and often seals to whatever surface it is placed on. I got a washing machine drain hose and attached that to one of the lower side drains to control the water flow to a floor drain and it worked okay. Do be aware that there is going to be quite a bit of water coming out of that hose.

Why does the cover have holes???
Works well but there are 2 holes in the cover to prevent condensation. Instead the 2 holes let in debris and rain water. I would have given 5 stars if the cover prevented the water from getting dirty.
