This will change your life; it’s the best thing I’m taking.
I started taking them, and I feel they help with anxiety. I feel like I’m getting proper rest at night—I no longer suffer from insomnia or cravings for sweets. They also help with body aches; the tiredness is no longer debilitating. I feel great—I highly recommend them.

Works better than I could ever have hoped!
I’ve tried a LOT of supplements over the years, and several to aid sleep. I tend to be a high stress person and have gained 40+ unwanted pounds over the last 10 years or so. After cleaning up my diet and stepping up exercise, my weight wasn’t budging, and sleep was still difficult. I’ve been taking his supplement every night for a few months now. I get noticeably relaxed 15 mins after taking it then simply fall asleep for hours. Although I wake up a few times in the night, I fall right back to sleep and feel great in the morning. My weight is finally coming down, I feel much less life stress and more overall positivity. This is the BEST supplement ever, and it works just as good now as it did the first time. It’s changed my life and I highly recommend! UPDATE: As much as I love this supplement, I had to stop frequent use because it caused mild menstrual bleeding, and I’m in perimenopause. I’ll still use for times when I’m really stressed or having a bout of insomnia.

Because of my employment, my commitments to my family, and all of the little things that keep piling up before I ever realize it, my life has been quite chaotic as of late.
