Great value, great support, even GREATER health benefits physically and emotionally!
I have had this chiller for nearly a year and it still works great. Their product support, via email, has been detailed and extremely helpful. Every question was answered within 24 hours, with diagrams, videos, or detailed clear answers to address my questions/concerns.This 1/3 HP chiller is more than enough for my oversized tub. I am 6 foot 2 inches, I sit comfortably in my oversized tub, and this chiller is more than sufficient.This chiller, and the tub, has assisted my health in far more ways than I could imagine. I am a fit 50-year old man. The help with post-workout inflammation and recovery has been more beneficial than I imagined. I did not know about the brown fat activation and metabolism boost to help my fat burning, tone, and muscle definition would be so effective! I also was not aware of the testosterone boost that happened after about 2 weeks of regular use (regular use I mean 3-5 times a week).The biggest aid was to my sleep and PTSD. I have suffered multiple traumas to my nervous system in recent years, and no breathing, natural or over the counter help, meditation, exercise, etc., has helped like cold plunging! The nervous system shock, and deep breathing while plunging, has provided a shock/calmness, I had not felt in years. My sleep improved as a result. Along with my focus the following day from more restful sleep.For a 50-year old man the testosterone boost was a very pleasant surprise, but the PTSD/Anxiety recovery was the greatest relief I could find. I even plunge sometimes in the middle of a work day when I am struggling to focus. I am alert, but also more focused and clear, after a plunge.You do not need a full horsepower expensive chiller. This chiller, with the tubes, connectors, and some plumbers tape, will work with any tub with in/out ports. Great product, great support, GREATER benefits!

Best Value on the Market
Setup was actually a lot easier than I expected. It came with all the hoses and fittings I needed, so I didn’t have to go buy extra parts just to get it running. I honestly had my doubts at first, especially with a 180-gallon cold plunge tub, but it consistently gets the water to 52 degrees which is where I want it without a problem.I’m not new to cold plunging and it has definitely reduced the inflammation in my joints. Once it’s set up, it just works and keeps the temperature where I want it. You will be hard pressed to find a better price for an entry level chiller. One thing to keep in mind is if you are trying the cold plunge for the 1st time you need to consider this unit along with the tub they have advertised. It’s a great deal and you need to prove that you can stick with a routine consistently for at least 6 months before attempting to purchase more expensive units.

The right chiller for your tub
Purchased this with the 216 gallon plunge tub. It works great! It was super simple to set up. The filter is easily cleaned in your sink and you can adjust the temperature to your preference. Zero leaks so far. It’s set up with my tub in the basement so we can enjoy it anytime. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and cost of this water chiller.

Ice bath without ice
Definitely does the job! Takes time to cool the water but definitely effective. Got down to 40 degrees inside an in house soaking bath. I do contrast therapy so my body heat from the sauna caused 2 degree increase in temperature when I got in bath so it’s not a strong unit. Very cost effective and easy to use. I added ice to maintain the temperature because I didn’t want anything plugged into an outlet when I get into the bath. It was cold enough to get the freezing and shivering response which is what your goal is.

Amazing Product…Awesome Price
I was VERY IMPRESSED with the performance of this model. I have had it for three weeks so far and I am enjoying the consistent cold plunges + benefits. It is one of the more affordable models out there and it has worked amazingly! In my Jacuzzi tub, I can consistently get the temperature down to 37 Farenheit (even though the booklet says it can only go down to 42F). This model by far exceeds my expectations.

Leaking and unable to find costumer support
The cold plunge has worked well. It now has a leak at the filter and I was unable to repair. I haven’t been able to find the company’s support for replacement, as it is under warranty.

Chills from room temp to 42F or less in just a few hours
I was worried that because this product was a bit more affordable than other popular chillers that it might underperform. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put together, how polished it looks overall, and how well it performs after 3 months of daily use. I’ve had a couple hiccups due to user error (vapor lock causing noise and eventual stoppage) but after troubleshooting with the very complete user manual and responsive product team, it was easy to diagnose and fix.
