Game changer that is of high quality and priced appropriately
This cold plunge tub is simply amazing! Very high quality! It exceeded my expectation. Initially, there was a little delay in delivery (Amazon’s fault); however, the seller/company went out of their way to get it delivered to me ASAP. They were not aware that Amazon delivery dropped the ball. The person I interacted with was very professional, kind and expeditious with my delivery. I am confident I am going to greatly enjoy this tub and confident the customer service (if I needed it) will be there to help me.

Impressed with the package and company
Wasn’t going to buy an inflatable but the durability of this unit exceeded expectations so took the “plunge” (pardon the pun). Easy to maintain, good circulation, and like its portability.What I want to highlight is the customer service. Have never worked with a company so responsive. Have had a good number of communications with them and not only were their responses quick, they were detailed with unexpected tips, links, and suggestions…in essence, they went above and beyond.We’ve even been experimenting with different components when I wanted to enhance my experience with the system and they have been extremely responses when parts were requested.Only thing I will mention is that here in Florida, and only during the hot humid months, the chiller struggles a bit to maintain the mid-40 temperatures. However, before and after those hot summer months the chiller has worked fine. For my wife and I, mid to upper 40 degree temps is fine.I would suggest a reflective blanket for the hotter summer months to help maintain temperatures and make it easier on the chiller if the unit is outside and exposed to some sun (wouldn’t recommend placing this system in direct sunlight in Florida). Also recommend shutoff nozzles at the input and output ports in the tub for easier filter maintenance and draining. Finally, I placed the macro filter I got with the tub before the pump because it filters the larger sediments before circulating through the pump (one time it captured a baby frog that found its way into the tub and was glad it didn’t get circulated through the system). I use a micro filter after the pump to strain the smaller sediments because pumps generally are designed to push water vs pull water through a system.Great investment and phenomenal customer service. Yes, if you piecemeal you might be able to put this system together yourself for less money. However, the company is responsive, has figured out how to make this system work, and the product is good quality making it worth what I would call, at most, a small additional cost.

Fantastic Experience
I had only cold plunged once or twice (with ice) before buying this but after hearing all the hype around the health benefits lately, I figured I’d give it a try and work it into my fitness routine. Now I understand what everyone’s talking about because this thing has absolutely changed my life.The product itself is awesome and the set up is simple with the included manual. Other ones I looked at were ridiculously expensive, seemingly to achieve the same exact result. I was surprised at how strong and sturdy the tub was after inflating, I can sit on it or probably even stand on it if I wanted (210 lbs). The chiller gets the water pretty darn cold in about 9-10 hours and is consistently reliable at holding the temperature range it’s set to. The only annoying thing is changing the water but I bought a pretty powerful sump pump and hose to drain a lot quicker.I was a little weary making such a big purchase but this has turned out to be a great gift to myself!
