This is a wonderful adjustable, Red Light Therapy lamp
I first tried red light therapy to help with male pattern baldness, and I was so impressed with the results I purchased two red light specific therapy devices for knees and shoulders, Red light therapy has been shown to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and alleviating sore muscle pain, along with re-growing hair. I purchased this lamp for general overall use, so I can lie flat or sit and enjoy the full benefits. I am very impressed.This Red Light Therapy lamp is well machined and built, so assembly is easy and the parts all fit perfectly with each other. The base is very sturdy and provides a stable, weighted foundation for the lamp. The two adjusting brackets allow for the lamp to be moved in almost any position you would like. This can be moved easily, so is very portable between rooms. I really like the electrical cords are also long enough so that the lamp can be placed anywhere in my bedroom or office without fear of tripping over the cord later. A nice set of safety glasses is also included.The 120 “three in one” LED bulbs work to provide therapy light for both surface skin and deeper into the epidermis. I am truly impressed with the quality of this product, and I would recommend it for anyone interested in red light therapy for a healthier, less inflamed, and more relaxed body. I find the 30 minute sessions 4 times a week to be very quiet and therapeutic.

This red light therapy set up is nice. It is very easy to use. It doesn’t produce too much heat. It came with a few useful accessories. It is easily adjustable so you can use it at different angles. It is descently sturdy. I would recommend this item!
