I mixed about 1/2 C of these to an 8 oz spray bottle. I spray on my thighs when I think of it & bottom of feet at night. Sometimes I also put a carrier oil on so it will absorb better. I read that would help. 🤷🏼♀️I now sleep very deeply. I don’t wake during the night like I was for the last 8 mos or more.Haven’t noticed an increase in energy. I am not as anxious as I was getting either.I’ve been sharing with friends as this is a HUGE jar and great value.PS if you itch at first, keep using it. Your body is low and t will stop itching.

I love this product and actually bought it for my sister n law to use as well. I make a spray of flakes and distilled water in an amber glass spray bottle to use on my feet nightly. It absolutely helps me with night cramps and restless sleep. It last so long and is a lifesaver in my home!

Works great for muscle cramps
After I spent three solid weeks waking at night with horrible leg cramps, I sought solutions. Coincidentally, I had a routine doctor’s appointment a few weeks after the problem started, so I talked to her about it. She recommended tonic water because of the quinine, which I bought immediately, but after three days I couldn’t tell a difference. I kept taking it, but I also did a little research and decided to order the pure magnesium flakes. With Prime shipping, the jar arrived in less than 24 hours, on Mother’s Day Sunday, no less! I immediately dissolved the flakes in warm water, about half and half by volume, though I made it more concentrated for the second batch, and started rubbing the solution over the affected area and elsewhere on my skin. Apparently the magnesium is absorbed well through the skin, and by the third morning later, no more cramping! I have continued using the product several times a day, and I’m still pain-free three weeks later. (I stopped taking tonic water so I feel certain it’s the magnesium that made the difference.) It makes sense when you think about it. Magnesium is the same stuff trainers use on athletes, who are always pulling muscles. The reason I wanted to go the topical route is because I already take magnesium orally, but you can only take so much without risking digestive problems. The magnesium solution is commonly called “magnesium oil.” Though it’s not an oil, the liquid has a slippery feel when wet and has a slightly tacky sensation when dry. There is no odor, no greasiness and no sensitivity whatsoever, and I completely forget that it’s on! I make a point to generously apply it three or four times a day where I experienced the original pain, and will probably continue using it as part of my daily regimen now, as it must be a mineral I need.

I’ve bought this before, but it was the larger size. I use this as a deodorant now. I mix equal amounts of flakes with distilled warm water and add some essential oils. Shake bottle and spray underarms. I no longer smell bad even if I forget to spray. I don’t even smell bad in evenings. It did take about a week before it worked well. The first week, my underarms really stank, getting rid of the bad chemicals from deodorant. I highly recommend this.
