STAY CONSISTENT!!!
Honestly, I am always super skeptical about any form of body boosting items and rarely am I ever impressed. At first, I was like “Oh great, I am desperately trying another supplement to help me feel even a little better” and it’s been a little over two weeks and I feel great! I pair this with the NAD+ and I have been getting up earlier (I sleep so heavy that my husband has to call my phone about 75x’s to wake me up), and I actually feel energized in the morning and overall, and I just feel clearer. Great product, just stay consistent!

I jumped on NMN after seeing reviews on Tik Tok. Let me start by saying if you think your face is going to go from 50 years old to 30 years old like the TTer’s claim, you will be sorely disappointed ! I have taken this daily now for two months. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach. I am 53 years and have been having a hard time staying focused and alert during the day. This has definitely helped with this. Also, I noticed some improvement in my hair growth. For me, the benefit of being alert and less foggy is enough for me to continue taking it

Helps Sleep Deeper
After taking for 30 days, the one thing I can say is that this does help with sleep. I don’t have a problem falling asleep at night, but I do have a problem staying asleep. This product has helped me sleep deeper, and I actually dream. Which I haven’t in a long while. I haven’t noticed any of the other benefits that are advertised with this product though. I’ll try for another 30 days, and see how it goes.

Recommend for low energy
After a year on HRT for perimenopause I still hadn’t got my energy back to where I needed it to be. So I tried a few types of NAD with little to no success. Then I started to see the research that NMN was the precursor to NAD and without it most people won’t ever feel the benefit of a NAD supplement.So, I stopped the NAD and started this NMN with low expectations. But here I am wide awake with no afternoon slump or naps needed. I can’t say I feel super energetic but I am more enthusiastic about my workouts and I can workout for a few minutes extra most days so I’m going to stick with this brand for a few months to see long term benefits.The pills are easy to take and they don’t smell or taste bad. I started with 2 a day for the first week and upped to 3 the following week and this seems to be my sweet spot.I think if you’re feeling low energy this supplement might be worth a try on your journey to feeling good again.Edit to add that I have since added a NAC supplement to enhance the effects of the NMN. This seems to be a highly recommended combination and according to the research, is better than taking NAD or NMN alone.Second edit…for people who are taking HRT for perimenopause, if you do add NAC it *might* cause spotting.

Brought pet back from death
I have been taking NMN since October and have noticed many benefits including more energy, less fatigue, increased appetite, relief from dry eyes, etc. (I’m 66.)However, the most remarkable event has occurred. Our 20 year old cat has been on subcutaneous fluids for kidney problems for two years now. She would have died two years ago without that treatment. Two weeks ago I noticed she began losing weight and was smelling bad. Then she stopped eating and drinking. My wife and I began saying goodbye to our old friend. She was just skin and bones, lethargic and shutting down. At that point, with a “what is there to lose” frame of mind, I began giving her 125 mg NMN by mixing the powder from the capsule in water and squirting it into her mouth with a syringe. The next day she began drinking water. I kept giving her the NMN each day. On the third day she began nibbling food. After that, she began eating and drinking much greater amounts, has begun to urinate and defecate again. She is up and about, her eyes look bright. She is still weak but is much less wobbly. Every indication is that she is recovering from a hopeless situation.It seems like a miracle. Everyone is aware that pets live much shorter lives than we do. I have seen many pets go through this process of shutting down. When they stop eating and drinking, they don’t last much longer. This is the first effective thing I have been able to do to bring a pet back from this state, nothing else has ever worked before.Update: Although she bounced back, after two weeks she began to decline and after 3 weeks died. It is still remarkable that she bounced back from shutting down and within a day or so of death. We had an additional 3 weeks with her and that was special. She was probably too far gone, too emaciated, to completely recover. My wife and I have discussed using NMN on elderly pets before they begin to decline, especially if the price comes down.
