Paying More For Longer, Healthier Life
‘Renue By Science’ is a well-known and reputable brand offering high-end products. The primary reason why I choose to purchase their NMN is the delivery: Liposomal!I have researched trustworthy sources, and I confirmed that the expected health benefits that NMN has to offer ~as well as most other nutrients~ heavily relies on how much NMN actually reaches cells in our organs. Mother Nature creates an incredibly wonderful substance, but it is up to us to make it reach cells in our bodies.’Renue By Science’ offers NMN delivered by liposomal delivery. It is their more costly version of NMN, but my research tells me that it is worth spending more money if more NMN gets in our cells and organs. It is like paying more for longer, healthier life.

Noticeable Energy Boost from Day 1, following Dr. Sinclair’s Protocol
Started these liposomal NMN capsules after reading about Dr. Sinclair’s protocol for boosting NAD+ and longevity. Took the recommended dose, and I felt an immediate positive effect right from the very first day, more steady daily energy and a real bias for getting things done (less procrastination, more action).Tolerated it extremely well, no side effects, no stomach issues at all. The liposomal form seems to help with absorption, and it’s been a solid addition to my routine.One tip: I suggest cycling off occasionally (like a week or two every couple months) to keep things effective long-term.If you’re into anti-aging supps and want something that actually delivers noticeable energy without drama, this is worth it. 5 stars, great product!

A quality supplement but not the cheapest
I’ve been using this for two weeks now, and it’s a quality supplement. Made in America and in a cGMP-certified facility points to that quality.After the 1st week, I noticed a much more consistent energy boost throughout the day compared to the cheaper versions I have used in the past.The dosage is perfect at 500mg and the pills have no taste. The performance of these pills is effective as I definitely feel less sluggish in the afternoons and my recovery after a workout is faster.The only caveat is at 2 capsules a day, this bottle = 45 day supply so if you were to take them everyday that comes out to ~$ 527 for a year’s supply which is definitely not cheap.All in all once my suppy is done I will see how everything and may order more due to the quality.

I’m one of the individuals that sees the opposite effect of taking this supplement – fatigue, brain fog and a general feeling of being unwell. At first, I thought my body needed to adjust to it. After 2 weeks of continued use, I felt less energetic within 90-120 min of taking this which struck me as very odd.After some research, I learned this could affect methylation pathways leading to this negative side-effect so I bought L-methylfolate to take along side it which was supposed to resolve it. This worsened the fatigue and brain fog to the point where I felt barely functional and had to stop taking it entirely. 4 days after stopping, I returned to my baseline and felt normal again. This is a hard no for me.
