1 “I Love It” 2 “Sensitive Skin” 3 “Highly Recommend”
What should I look for in a sunscreen for sensitive skin?
For sensitive skin, dermatologists often recommended looking for mineral sunscreens that contain either zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide. All Anthelios sunscreens are tested on sensitive skin. All formulated and tested for optimal skin tolerance.
What’s the difference between a chemical (organic) and mineral (physical) sunscreen?
Mineral sunscreens contain mineral ingredients like zinc oxide & titanium dioxide sit on the top layer of skin & reflect and scatter UV rays. Chemical sunscreens contain organic compounds like octocrylene & avobenzone absorb UV rays on the skin.
What are the advantages and disadvantages to chemical vs mineral sunscreens?
Mineral sunscreens work as soon as you apply onto skin, but because they sit directly on the skin may rub or sweat off more easily than chemical sunscreens that take at least 15min to properly absorb, meaning skin may not be immediately protected.

Lightweight SPF that layers well under makeup
This sunscreen feels much lighter than many high-SPF formulas I’ve tried and blends into the skin without leaving a heavy white cast. The texture spreads easily and gives a hydrated finish without feeling greasy, which makes it comfortable for everyday wear on both the face and body. I also liked that it layered well under makeup without pilling.I used this during long outdoor days and it held up well while still feeling comfortable on the skin. The SPF 60 protection is reassuring, especially for travel, beach days, festivals, or daily sun exposure. Overall, this is a reliable sunscreen option if you want strong protection with a more wearable, skincare-like texture.

A Must-Have for Sensitive Skin
recently tried La Roche-Posay sunscreen and I’m really impressed! 🌞 The texture is lightweight, non-greasy, and absorbs quickly without leaving a white cast, which is a big plus for daily wear. It feels gentle on my skin and doesn’t clog pores, making it perfect for sensitive or acne-prone skin. I also love that it provides strong, broad-spectrum protection while still feeling breathable. Overall, it’s become my go-to sunscreen—I actually enjoy applying it every morning because it feels more like skincare than sunscreen. Definitely worth it!I would be honored if you would consider me to receive a PR package. I’d love the opportunity to try more of your products and create authentic content that highlights the benefits of La Roche-Posay skincare.Thank you so much for your time and consideration!Warm regards,Andrea Mohanlall

Goes on smooth with no white cast.
This is excellent and disappears on the skin. Smooth as silk.

Great sunscreen!
Excellent Sunscreen that absorbs well into the skin. Unfortunately, this will sting your eyes if you apply it under them. It’s great any where else. I actually use the mineral version (on the right) under my Eyes and the milk version everywhere else.

The added bonus of reducing the probability of skin cancer is a nice cherry on top
I am a 30 year old male who has used sunscreen sporadically throughout my life. About two years ago I started wearing this every day, religiously. I apply it once in the morning, right before I leave the house, and once at around noon. Remembering to apply is difficult, so I’ve purchased quite a few tubes to keep in all of the places I spend most of my time: my car, desk at my office, both bathrooms, and backpack. I began wearing sunscreen purely for cosmetic reasons. The added bonus of reducing the probability of skin cancer is a nice cherry on top, but I often think that the additives in cosmetics, like this very sunscreen, are probably toxic and carcinogenic to some extent. (I am professionally a statistician, and my fiancee is a biologist who studies skin – I have both a healthy appreciation and skepticism of science). If you’re very light skinned like I am, do be sure to supplement with vitamin D to make up for wearing so much sunscreen. Seriously, do it, it’s like one of only a few vitamins you can take that WILL actually improve your health. Especially if you spend most of your day indoors or wear any sort of face coverings consistently. My results have been fantastic. I started noticing a decrease in fine lines and wrinkles about three or four months in of twice daily use. Two years in, I am constantly getting comments on how young I look by strangers. A male cashier at a corner store recently commented on how young I look. Many of my friends think I’m about 25-26. These are welcomed compliments since I’ve never received any like them at any point in my life. Lines that have not disappeared are lines that are caused by repetitious use of facial muscles. I smile hugely and constantly, so my smile lines around my mouth and eyes have remained and gotten a little deeper due to use and the passage of time (and probably because I’m smiling and laughing more than ever).I have huge pores and acne-prone, oily skin, so I’m weary of products that make me break out. I had to through away an expensive, low-additive, non-toxic moisturizer recently due to this issue. Despite how thick and greasy feeling this sunscreen is, it does not make me break out. Washing my pillow regularly has done more for me than anything else recently regarding my occasional outbreaks. Despite this, my fiancee does not like this sunscreen. I’m in the “if you can’t feel it, it probably isn’t doing anything” camp, so I don’t mind it.The one big negative is that it stains anything you get it on, so be mindful if you’re applying it around your neck.

Great for Sensitive Skin
I’ve been using the La Roche-Posay Anthelios Melt-In Milk Sunscreen SPF 60 for a few weeks now, and it’s been fantastic. The texture is smooth and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue. It doesn’t leave a white cast, which is a huge plus for my medium skin tone. I’ve used it during outdoor activities, and it holds up well, even with sweating. My skin feels moisturized and protected, and I haven’t experienced any breakouts. It’s fragrance-free and suitable for sensitive skin, which is important to me. Overall, it’s a reliable sunscreen that I plan to continue using.

Works for me, feels gentle, a few trade offs versus this brands spf 100
I just got this yesterday so I’ve used it for half the day yesterday and half the day today so far. I think its much more moisturizing and heavy then say a standard Korean sunscreen which is what i usually use. I also have used this brands spf 100 lotion which i love. This one feels nice, very similar to the spf 100 but doesnt burn my eyes. It’s a bit harder to rub in then their spf 100, a bit thicker but its a bit less oily. It feels gentle to me, i have sensitive skin, eczema, and acne and i like it so far. I have to rub it in twice though, first to apply then again to break up the settled stuff around my nose and eyes. If you have a lot of lines in your face this might not be a good fit, id go for the spf 100 from la roche-posay. But the trade off is this one is less oily, and the other is more oily. This one is fine around my eyes, the other can burn. So it’s up to you really.
