A good supplement to relieve stress and sleep better.
I bought this product to help me with daily stress, and honestly, I was surprised. The drops are easy to use and don’t have a strong taste. After several days of use, I have felt calmer and have been sleeping better at night. I like that it includes ingredients like magnesium and vitamins. The packaging is also very attractive and practical. I would buy it again.

Menopause life-saver!
I am blown away by this product. I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks, but it was immediately effective. As a woman going through menopause, I am balancing a lot of different supplements and always waiting for bloodwork to see if any of them are making a difference. For the last 2 years I have been waking up consistently between 3:30-5:00am. I’m told this is common for women who are not producing enough estrogen. Cortisol will spike in the early morning, signaling your body to wake up. The first night I took these drops I slept until after 6:00 and have been waking between 5:30-7:00 every day. No more 3:30 menopause wake-up call! I actually like waking up @ 5:30 so I’m having to adjust my bedtime so I don’t oversleep 😳. Also, I wear a Whoop, and my sleep efficiency has been incredible with “restorative sleep” numbers being above average. The drops also taste good, which is huge for sustainability. I take them every night with my progesterone tablet. Couldn’t be happier!

Dropper doesn’t work. Only could squeeze up about half a dropper full. Doesn’t taste bad but also didn’t help at all with sleep.

Great for reducing high cortisol
There are a million cortisol products out there making it very hard to choose. This worked very quickly (3 bottles) for me and for my patients I recommend it to as well. Why pay more when this product gets the job done so well? Very effective and tastes great

Calming and Easy to Take
I’ve been using these cortisol drops for a little over a month now and I have noticed a difference in how I wind down at night. My stress levels tend to be pretty high, especially juggling work, being a single mom, and everything in between but this has helped take the edge off without making me feel groggy. The lemon raspberry flavor isn’t bad, it’s not too sweet or sour which I appreciate because some liquid supplements can be hard to take.
