I am thrilled. Within a week my hot flashes were under control and I could – CAN – finally sleep and work without spontaneously combusting. I take 2 caps in the AM & PM but you should speak with your doctor re: a good dosage for you. I’m on the high side.The price, quantity and quality cannot be beat. This is indeed a huge container! I used to think these were just all wives’ tale remedies but black cohosh truly works. It takes time for your body to adjust but it will. Be patient & stay consistent.

Hot Flashes Be-Gone!
This product is the best of its kind. it truly works. after a few days, my hot flashes stopped. the only down side is I gained a little weight. But I haven’t been as active as I normally am, due to a recent surgery. If you are active, you should be okay on the weight gain. but if you are not active, you might gain a little weight. But gaining a little weight is better than suffering with those awful hot flashes.

Anytime I sat on the riding mower for several hours; my legs would develop a severe heat reaction rash. Not any more and I am thrilled! After taking this product for three weeks, suddenly the heat reaction issue was resolved. I have no idea how this works or what it does in my body. All I know is that whatever it does; my body needed it. My ovaries were removed 14 years ago. The dermatologist, and gynecologist did not resolve the issue. Didn’t work for me
Black Cohosh is supposed to help with menopausal symptoms. I’ve heard from some people that it works for them. It didn’t work for me. Kudos though on your ingredients, 100% Back Cohosh.
