Good quality enzymes
I purchased the Seeking Health Digestive Enzymes Chewable because I trust the brand and have had good experiences with their other supplements. I didn’t pay close attention at first and only realized after they arrived that these are chewable tablets rather than capsules. Personally, I prefer the capsule format for daily use. However, I’ve decided to keep these on hand because they’ll still be helpful—especially when kids are visiting and might need extra digestive support.The formula itself is solid. It includes amylase, protease, and lipase, which cover the main categories of digestion—breaking down carbs, proteins, and fats. Having that kind of enzymatic support can make a noticeable difference in reducing bloating or discomfort after meals, particularly when children (or adults) eat foods that are heavier or more difficult to digest.As always, Seeking Health delivers a clean, trustworthy product. Their supplements are vegetarian/vegan-friendly, and they avoid unnecessary fillers or questionable additives. That consistency and transparency are part of why I continue to buy from them.Even though I probably won’t use these chewables as part of my own daily routine, I see real value in keeping them around for family use. They’re convenient, portable, and easy for kids or anyone who prefers not to swallow capsules. Overall, I’d say this is another quality option from a reputable brand, just not my preferred format.

These definitely work but aren’t as tasty as the ezemidica ones we used previously. Good for kids. Helps with tummy. Easy to chew for those that don’t do pills. Small and effective.

Only low dosage covering everything
I have loved pancreatic enzymes but most digestive enzymes have extra junk or too strong for me giving me MORE digestive issues!! Im very petite so I tried this as a child’s dose. Not thrilled with the strong taste and still experimenting but it’s one of a kind out there! Hoping!!

Enzymes are super important for a healthy digestive system and immune function. These actually work and don’t leave you feeling bloated. I found it most helpful to take before dinner. Very impressed with the quality of this brand and how they are committed to clean ingredients!
